To become a Trade Customer and purchase from our trader’s website, you will need to apply for an account. The process is quick, easy, and can be completed entirely online.

Once registered and approved, you will gain full access to product information, pricing (including discount structures), service details, and other exclusive sections for our trading partners. You’ll be able to make purchases and start trading in no time!


2. How Do I Find the Product(s) That I Am Looking For?

Start by signing in to your account. Once inside the Members Section, you can search for the product(s) you need. Additionally, you can:

  • Click on “Get Shopping” in the top menu to view all available products.
  • Click on “Categories” in the top menu to view product ranges specific to individual categories.

Anyone can register to re-sell our wholesale range of products. 5. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is:

  • 5 bottles per product or
  • 5,000 loose/bulk capsules.

7. How Do I Set Up My Own Label?

Setting up your Own Label is simple! We offer most of our supplements as white label products (no label, so you can add your own). Many of our smaller re-sellers print their own labels or use online print services.

We also provide Own Label Customisation Services for re-sellers who are in the early stages of their business or looking to fast-track the process. For just £49.99, our graphic designers can customise our ready-made white label template to fit your branding. This service includes:

  • Customising the label with your logo, preferred colors, and business details (e.g., address, email, website).
  • Creation of a label image you can use for listings on platforms like eBay, Amazon, or your website.

Special Note: We charge £49.99 per label to cover the cost of the designer’s time. The label printing and application is complimentary for our customers. How do I edit my account information?

After logging in, click the “My Account” link in the top right corner to update your details. You can:

I forgot my password—what should I do?
