We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as received, unworn or unused
• With tags and in its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us immediately at admin@vitaciouk.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Returns on sale items and gift cards are also not accepted. For questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item after your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you’re in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed without receiving your refund, please contact us at admin@vitaciouk.com.
